Group Fitness

Cycling/Spin

This class is perfect for the seasoned rider or a novice. Make it as challenging as you wish. This delivers a great workout!

 

T.B.C.

Total Body Conditioning. What more do we need to say? If you want a great workout that works you head to toe this is it. You will be lead through an instructors choice of aerobic and strength training segments. All fitness levels welcome.

 

Pilates

This class will introduce you to the basics of Pilates mat training. You will incorporate strength, flexibility and proper alignment to achieve optimal results.

 

Yoga

Yoga helps achieve balance and maintain health through a variety of yoga exercises. This class will help you focus and relieve everyday stress through a variety of physical poses, breathing and meditation. This is a wonderful way to start your day!

 

Stability Ball

Like working up a sweat? This class will work entirely on the stability ball. Perfect for all fitness levels.

 

Combo

This is a flexible format. This creative class may include step, weights, hi-lo impact aerobics, core or stability balls. Lots of fun!

 

W.O.W.

Women Only Weights. Learn proper use, posture and lifting techniques of the weight equipment in a fun group setting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wellness Coaching

As part of your membership, you can receive 5 free sessions of Wellness Coaching.  Wellness Coaching is a basic introduction of healthy lifestyle changes.

Our Program Includes the following:

  1. Lifestyle Review
  2. Goal Setting Guidelines
  3. Introduction to the YMCA programs/classes
  4. Basic information to fitness equipmetn which includes proper techniques of using the equipment

To enroll, please complete the Wellness Packet at our Welcome Center. You will be assigned a Wellness Coach that will get you started to a new you.  You bring the "will to improve" and we will show you the tools that will help you achieve your goals.

**Remember that your medical information will be reviewed and an exercise approval form may be required from your physician which could slightly delay the process.
