YMCA Waivers of Liability

On every registration form it is required for program participation that a parent/guardian signs and turns in this waiver of liability along with the registration form. Not signing the waiver of liability makes the registration invalid and athletes will not be able to participate in sports programs until that is signed.

YMCA Jerseys

The Maquoketa Area Family YMCA uses YMCA reversable jerseys for all of our youth sports programs. Each athlete will need to purchase one jersey which the athlete can wear for every sports program as long as the jersey still fits. Jerseys are available at the YMCA Welcome Center.

Cost of Jerseys

Youth Sizes: $16.00

Adult Sizes: $17.00

Volunteer Coaches

We need volunteer coaches in order to run our programs. Please consider donating your time for this truely rewarding experience. To volunteer, fill in the appropriate line on the registration form. Please contact Matt as soon as possible as the YMCA. All volunteer coaches are required to have background checks.

Financial Assistance is Available
