ALL CLASSES ARE 45 MINUTES LONG
WATER WALK-N-TONE - Is a fun, quick-paced class usually set to music that involves walking/running in the
water with various toning exercises for your arms, legs and abs. (Medium Intensity)
H2O CHALLENGE - a high intensity class that can range anywhere from swimming laps with our brand new
flippers, swimming with noodles or toning muscles with our pool weights. Come with a positive attitude and
willing to try anything!
Hi-LO - Offers a contrasting Hi/Lo intensity cardio workout and resistance toning with specialized pool weights.
-Combine stretching, flexibility and strength training into one workout!
WATER VOLLEYBALL - FREE water activity. Drop in and enjoy a game of volleyball with other members. You
certainly get a great workout and may end up laughing the whole time (laughing is also a great ab workout).
